Basic documents:
1. All previous passports.

- Deceleration or Affidavit.
- Hotel Booking.
- Air Ticket PNR.
- GOC/NOC.
- Travel purpose & Travel History of Last 10 years.
- Memorandum.
- Email id & mob number.
- Present & permanent address.
- Tenancy agreement/lease agreement/Electric-Bill.
- Monthly expense & income.
Applicant’s Spouse Personal Documents:
- Passport copy.
- Business Documents: Trade License, TIN Certificate, Bank Statements & Solvency Certificates (If)
- Personal Bank Statement & Solvency Certificate
- Business card 2 copies (If)
- NID card copy.
***For doctor BMDC certificate, For Advocate BAR council certificate.
For Job Holder:-
1. No Objection Certificate (NOC)
2. Salary Certificate/Pay slips.
4. G.O (Government Order) for Official Passport.
For Business Person:-
1. Renewal Trade License Copy.
2. Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of your Company (only pages, where the directors’ names are mentioned). (If you are an owner-director of a company).
3. Office pad / Company Letter Head Pad Import & Export Certificate – if any.
4. TIN / Income Tax Certificate – if any
For Student:-
1. Student ID card Photo Copy.
2. NOC/Leave letter from school/college/university.
Invitee/Sponsor documents : (if any )
1. Invitation letter.
2. Passport copy.
3. Tenancy agreement copy.
4. Bank statement – (if sponsor) Other supporting documents.
(a) Parents, Siblings, Children’s details ( name, date of birth, address, occupation, current country of residence).
(b) Bluebook photocopy of the car (if any).
(c) Marriage certificate.
(d) Birth certificate of children.
(e) Document of properties.
(f) Visiting card.
(g) Document of other income (if any).
(h) All documents of financial solvency like FDR/ Share business/ other savings/Security Deposit/cash investment, etc.
(i) National Identity Card Copy.
